Pristine and perfectly appointed caravans right next to the picturesque Porthilly Beach! This was the perfect location for a lovely week away with a manic toddler. The Holiday Park is quiet, but still just a short walk/drive from the local shops, cafes, etc. The beach is a two minute walk with loads of other options and attractions, such as Daymer Bay, Polzeath, Padstow and Port Isaac, all within a short drive or boat ride. Luke and Carolanne are approachable and always ready with help and advice should it be needed. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Cornwall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place!!

The hosts completely deserve their super host status! Their place is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The check-in instructions were really easy to follow and came in plenty of time, the directions were very easy to follow too. There was a welcome gift when we arrived of wine and snacks which was extremely thoughtful and just what we needed after such a long journey. The chalet itself is stunning! Exactly like the photos and so well decorated - beautiful! Everything has been thought of with a great manual of how everything works and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Even Cornwall themed Monopoly! There is tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil to get you started. The location is lovely with great views and Rock is a charming village with shops and places to eat. The ferry over to Padstow was fun and we were only half an hour away from Merlins Cave. We had a wonderful week - thank you!

We have had the best week at Carolanne’s place. We can’t recommend it enough! It is a fantastic spot. A couple of minutes walk to porthilly beach and only a few minutes drive to rock beach. The interior was so beautiful! Gorgeous rugs and throws! She has all then amenities you would have at home! She has thought of everything! Even having bamboo plates and cups for the kids! We haven’t stayed in a chalet before and we were so impressed! This was by far the best in the park! We will be coming back and recommending to everyone. Thank you!

Just returned and missing no 25 already. Site is quiet, immaculately kept and really close to facilities. Recommend the small parade of shops in Rock and pubs/cafes at the Padstow ferry point. Go to Padstow from here, don't drive / park. The caravan was quality and spotlessly clean. Well spaced and with a view to some stunning sunsets. We will definitely be back, soon !

This is a real hidden gem of a place. The mobile home was absolutely beautiful, so clean, modern and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The decked area was perfect for sipping a glass of wine in the evenings. Location was amazing, so close to the beach and the facilities of Rock. Would really like to return in the very near future. Carol Anne’s chalet is a marvellous place to spend a holiday in the coastal village of Rock which is situated on the beautiful Camel Estuary. The chalet is very new with just about everything you need for a relaxing and indeed luxurious stay, we have just spent 2 weeks there and can honestly say all our needs were catered for from the moment we arrived. Communication with Carolanne was excellent and she seems to have thought of everything her guests might need from detailed instructions on how everything works to tourist guides and useful hints on the local scene.Everything in the chalet is top quality from cutlery to bedding etc. My wife and l cannot recommend the chalet and its situation enough. First break in years. Lovely quiet site. Easy access to beach. The caravan absolutely spotless! Everything catered for. So friendly and welcoming. Easily contactable. We can't thank you enough. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying with you again next year 😊 …

This was our second time staying at Porthilly Beach Holiday Park and everything was just at perfect as the first time we stayed. Lovely, quiet site, with a spotlessly clean caravan with all the equipment we needed for the week. A perfect base to explore Cornwall, we will definitely be returning ❤️

We loved our stay the caravan was spotless and well equipped we like the idea that the bed was made ready for us after our long journey. The site was very clean and tidy and quiet. And only a very short walk to the beach which our dog loved. Looking forward to seeing you next year.

Lovely peaceful site for those who want a holiday in beautiful surroundings, enjoying local countryside and beaches with the benefit of local stores selling local produce.very relaxing. The caravan was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. In fact the cleanest holiday accommodation we have ever had, and that includes luxury cruise ships! Keep it up and we hope to visit again soon!

Cannot fault this place. The caravan was lovely spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. Very peaceful and quiet and a lovely short walk over the beach to Rock which is just lovely. We will definitely be back!

The chalet was a perfect base for our holiday. Tucked away at the top of the caravan site, it is quiet, peaceful, and exactly as listed with easy walking access to Porthilly beach and further on to Rock (~15min walk). There are plenty of other beaches to choose from a short drive away (Harlyn Bay around 40mins for some great paddle boarding) and we found the ferry over to Padstow useful for more activities, eating, hiking, more eating and cycling the Camel Trail. Overall the chalet was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The bakery voucher was a very welcome addition and much enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous site and caravan. We stayed last week . The caravan was well equipped and spotless when we arrived. Very peaceful. We are 3 ladies and love a girly week visiting Cornwall and exploring different places. A perfect base to stay . Thank you

WOW !!! 5***** Highly Recommend .. Luxury stay in Beautifully Furnished Caravan by far the best we’ve ever stayed in.. Location is perfect really enjoyed travelling on water taxi’s over to Padstow .. We’ve just had a fabulous week at No.29 on the Porthilly holiday park. The van was spotless and modern and had everything we needed and we instantly felt right at home. A very relaxing place. My daughter loved the swings and met some lovely new friends - we hardly saw her! The park is located in walking distance of Porthilly beach and Rock where there’s some really lovely restaurants, beautiful Rock beach and easy access to Padstow via the ferry. Highlight for us was a speed boat ride on Sea Fury with Hamish - £10 each and such fun whizzing up the camel estuary🙌 we’ll be back xx

We had a fantastic stay. The van was spotlessly clean and was well equipped with a surprising amount of storage. Also decent sized fridge/freezer. The site is immaculate and in a quiet and peaceful spot. We found the location to be very walkable- the main shops in Rock are a short walk across fields with a great view of the beach on the way back. We walked to the beach in Rock most days (our children loved it there) and found this manageable even with all of our beach stuff. We loved Porthilly beach (a two minute walk from the site) for playing games and evening walks. Overall, a lovely place and would definitely return.

Very quiet and peaceful holiday park. The place was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. There was bright white linen and fluffy towels and a very well equipped kitchen including decent sharp knives. Lovely surroundings with a short walk to the beach, a little longer but pleasant walk to the pubs in Rock and ferry to Padstow. Thank you Carolanne and Luke for a lovely stay.

We had a very lovely time here, relaxed, peaceful and charming. The sauna was my partner’s favourite and I enjoyed the hot tub and read two books!! Something I haven’t done in a while due to stressful work & life. The cabin was gorgeous, cosy at night and comfortable. In a great walking location to a couple of nice eateries and a very short and cheap ferry ride to Padstow. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again. For longer next time :)
