We offer top of the range self-catering accommodation in the beautiful village of Rock.

We have 15 stylishly designed static caravans to choose from. Each coming with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds sleeping between 4 and 6 people, and heating. All of our homes also include your very own Weber BBQ, picnic bench, and handy beach cart.

Our other accommodation option is our stunning chalet. Featuring a wood fired hot tub, our chalet is our most luxurious option with double glazing, central heating, and an electric fireplace, private garden, storage shed for bikes etc, fully quipped kitchen, utility room complete with a washing machine, worktop space and a sink, king sized bed and so much more! We also have a very cosy cabin for romantic retreats, with your own private sauna and hot tub.

Our small number of accommodation options creates a very calming environment at our park. The other holiday homes on the site are privately owned, meaning that they are quite often unoccupied and the site is very rarely ‘full’. This means that the site is peaceful and quiet so you can relax in a tranquil undisturbed atmosphere.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this caravan site and can’t recommend it highly enough. We first visited during the Easter holidays last year and loved it so much that we came back again and we’re currently midway through our second stay, which says everything about how much we enjoy it here. The location is simply unbeatable, set right next to Porthilly Bay, it’s an ideal spot for families. The kids have had the best time on both visits, quickly making lots of new friends and enjoying the safe, welcoming environment. There’s such a lovely community feel on site, which makes the whole experience even more special for them and for us as parents too. One of the real bonuses is how easy it is to hop on the ferry over to Padstow. It’s a fun little trip in itself and opens up plenty of options for exploring, eating out, and enjoying everything the area has to offer without the hassle of driving. For those who love the sea, you’re perfectly placed for some truly epic bodyboarding at Polzeath, which is just a short drive away. The waves there are fantastic, and it’s easily become one of our favourite parts of the trip. As for the caravan itself, it has exceeded all expectations on both stays. It’s spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable and clearly very well looked after. It has everything we need for a relaxing and stress-free break, making it feel like a real home away from home. All in all, this is a brilliant caravan site in a stunning location, perfect for families and beach lovers alike. We’ve made such amazing memories here and are already looking forward to coming back again.
